Refund & Return Policy

⚡ Quick Summary: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Opened nutrition products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Sealed, unopened products

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened nutrition products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items on sale or clearance

Initiate Your Return Request

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@annexiva.com with:

  • Your Order ID / Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Review & Approval (24–48 hours)

Our team will review your request and photos. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with one of the following:

  • Return approved — pickup arranged at no cost to you
  • Replacement dispatched directly
  • Partial or full refund offered

Return Pickup (if required)

If a return is approved, keep the item in its original packaging. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address. Do not attempt to ship the item on your own without our authorization.

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
