Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Annexiva. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our pure makhana and healthy snacks. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
1. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or expired upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@annexiva.com with details of the product and the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds
Upon receipt of your request and proof of damage (such as photos), we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
